Corporate Events

Rules of organizing corporate tournaments - simplified informational translation only:

  1. Royal Golf Club Marianske Lazne (RGCML) organises corporate tournaments based on the acceptance of "tournament organization form" (it can be obtained in the club office), or after the acceptance of a signed agreement. Accompanying programme (golf academy etc.) is to be agreed separately.
  2. RGCML supplies the course, scoring team, starter, marshalls, necessary background, resp. other specified services.
  3. RGCML prepares the course, including the change of flags, if available.
  4. RGCML supplies areas for positioning of different kinds of advertisements of various forms and sizes.
  5. Tee-times must be booked in advance in the office.
  6. Organiser cooperates with RGCML when specifying the date of the tournament and payment form. For more accurate information please contact RGCML office.
  7. Organiser reserves specified number of tournament participation places for members of RGCML.
  8. Organizer supplies a complete list of his playing guests to RGCML at least two days in advance. All tournament participants must be owners of a "green card" or HCP.
  9. Restaurant and Golf Professional services are not covered by the basic corporate tournament price.
  10. Organiser specifies propositions together with RGCML (type of play, cathegories, etc.). Organiser supplies prizes for winners.

Standard service pricing:

a)Letting of the 18-hole course for one day
(weekend, holidays, standard services included)		250 000 CZK
b)Letting of the 18-hole course for two days
(weekend, holidays, standard services included)		450 000 CZK
c)Letting of the 18-hole course for two days
(weekend, holiday + weekday, standard services included)		400 000 CZK
d)Letting of the 18-hole course for one day
(weekday, standard services included)		200 000 CZK
e)Letting of only players' start times
/60 min.=24 persons/ weekend		35 000 CZK
f)Letting of only players' start times
/60min.=24 persons/ (working day)		25 000 CZK
  
Prices are without V.A.T., balls for the driving range and 9 hole golf course Pitch & Putt are included in the prices.
e)Driving Range - free balls for all tournament participants (one day)15 000 CZK
f)Letting of the Pitch & Putt course for a half day 7 500 CZK

 

 

The most common form of cooperation between business subjects and the Golf Club is organizing corporate tournaments. The Golf Club area offers many possibilities for advertising, corporate presentation and all kinds of entertainment for corporate event participants. It is also possible to prepare corporate days with the golf academy (please contact the Pro-Shop) etc. Rules of organising corporate events are shortly summarised in the following.

In general, the RGCML protects the interests of it`s members - thus organising completely closed tournaments is uncommon. If possible, some specified number of participant positions for RGCML members should remain available in all kinds of tournaments. All kinds of corporate cooperation are welcome. We prefer long-term wide-ranging cooperation - possibilities of sponsoring the club representation team and sponsoring of regular club tournaments etc.
